GM erbjuder anställda avgångspaket i Trollhättan

General Motors har gått ut med ett erbjudande om avgångspaket till 140 anställda vid Saab i Trollhättan. Paketet som bygger på frivillighet omfattar både avgångsvederlag och avtalspensioner. Utav de 140 som erbjudandet gäller så tillhör 97 stycken IF Metalls avtalsområde och resterande antal tjänstemanna området. De som accepterar erbjudandet kommer att lämna företaget under första halvåret 2008.

General Motors has offered a redundancy package to 140 workers at Saab in Trollhättan. The redundancy package, which is voluntary, contains both severance payment and pensions. Out of these 140, 97 belong under IF Metall's agreement umbrella and the remaining number are civil servants. Those accepting the offer will leave the company the first half of 2008.
