The picture shows participants from different countries visiting the plant in Rayong, Thailand. The union there were founded in 2006 with great success in getting members in the plant. Since the union has been established the labor relations has been very difficult and the union representatives are facing a lot of challenges in the plant. Therefore, the IMF and unions from all over the world support strongly the union in Rayong and demand for a fair communication and information process by local Management and the guarantuee of workers' and unions' rights without any disadvantages for the union representatives in the plant.
