GM's biggest quartely loss ever

The main reason for this record loss is the situation in the US: Mortgage crises, economic recession and the wrong product portfolio of GM. However, the European business of GM is making profit but faces also a tough environment especially in the German market. The situation in the US for GM does clearly not affect the European and German operations of GM despite the media and some "experts"" are interested in selling further bad news on GM.
