GM Daewoo unionists to suspend partial walkout next Monday - Yonhap News Agency
INCHEON, July 20 (Yonhap) -- Unionized workers of GM Daewoo Auto & Technology Co., South Korea's third-largest automaker, said Friday they will suspend their partial strike next Monday to call for the company's active attitude in wage talks.
The union and management of GM Daewoo met later in the day to solve the pay dispute, but failed to reach an agreement, the union said, and will hold the 11th round of wage negotiations next Monday.
